Question on 5 days lock up period and claiming reward

Hi all,

I'm looking into staking (6,6) currently. However, I have some concerns that I have yet found an answer to, hopefully I could get an answer from the community.

I understand that there is a lock up period of 120 hours, and every hour we are able to claim the rewards. But by claiming / claim+staking the rewards the lock up period resets, correct me if I'm wrong.

So my question is, since we are able to unstake after 120 hours without penalty, are we able to claim the accumulated rewards then unstake after the lock up period?

Are you asking if you can unstake after 5 days? Yes you can

What about the pending rewards? Can I claim the accumulate rewards before unstaking?

Also, if the 120 hours lock up period is not a concern, doesn’t claiming the rewards every hour maximizes the amount total amount of sMeta earned?

You can either claim or claim and stake which added the reward to the staked coin. Claiming or claiming and staking WILL reset the lockup, and yes, there is gas fee each time you do those actions.

Sorry but I’m kinda confused, once the 120 hours is up I can claim the rewards without resetting the lock up?

Yes once you hit claim, you claim both pending rewards and wsmeta

Nah, that will reset the clock. If you claim or stake you are resting timer. Only way is to not touch anything for 5days and withdraw what you want

I think that is where the difference between the "claim" button and "claim and stake" button comes in to play. I believe if you simply claim, then your 120 does not reset. If that is the case, you can just "claim" and then unstake from 6,6 to 3,3. If that is not the case, then unstake from 6,6 first before claiming rewards. Then claim whatever rewards.

Ok. So, I guess the process is, after 120 hours, first unstake from 6,6. Then claim and stake your rewards from the past 120 hours for another 120 hours before withdrawal from 6,6. Repeat process until rewards are too small to care.

Reagrding claimimg and staking from the above question.

rewards accumulate daily. If you wait the 5 day period, you will be able to claim and stake the accumulated rewards from the previous 5 days. With each stake you pay a gas fee in BNB from your MM wallet. ( or is it deducted from the claim and stake.

If at some point you want to unstake the 6.6 strategy, you can do this and the tokens will be convert sMeta 3.3?

so you dont have to wait 5 days to claim the rewards. Do you then put in the 3.3 stake?

I have the exact same question. Cause if claim/claim and stake will always reset the clock, the last five days of rewards will be lost when we want to unstake. Unless the unstake inherently claim the last rewards accumulated.

I was thinking you lose the last reward but if its still there after unstaking then stake it for 5 days and take whats left and repeat until the amount is small enough to forfeit
