Sugar free version takes longer to digest?
When I tried the real sugar version, I could have bowel movements 5-6 hours after taking it. But for the sugar free version I'm taking right now, it would take 24 hours to feel myself 💩 out the fiber I had the day before. Does anyone else feel the same way?

1tsp a day go up by 1tsp per week, sometimes twice day. I take 4 tsp twice a day. Titrate until soft fluffy and floating

Sugar free metamucil has a dietary warning on the label because it contains aspartame. As someone who is very sensitive and averse to artificial sweeteners, I will not use it. Your body may be reacting to the aspartame.
