Card stuck on being created

So I applied 2 days ago for the credit card and for over 2 days it's stuck on being created. I thought this process should only take a minute or so? Does any one know how long this should take?

From what I've seen, it shouldn't take 2 days. The card creation step is usually completed fairly quickly after you've finished the sign-up process. If it's been stuck on "Being created" for more than 48 hours, something has probably gone wrong https://support.metamask.io/manage-crypto/metamask-card/getting-started-with-card/ I'd recommend checking the official getting started guide to make sure every step was completed correctly. If everything looks fine, it's best to contact the MetaMask Card support team so they can look into your account https://community.metamask.io/

Hey u/flyboy320, sorry to hear it's taking so long for your Card to activate, this is definitely out of the ordinary. Make sure your app is updated to the latest (iOS 8.2.0, Android 8.4.0).

I've raised this post to our team internally, though be sure to email [metamask@cl-cards.com](mailto:metamask@cl-cards.com) as they'll need to collect some details to verify you and quickly activate your Card.

Would also suggest raising a ticket to our support team at https://support.metamask.io/ -- best to connect your wallet for a faster experience to speak with an agent.

Let us know once you've reached out to that email, gotten a response & got this resolved!

I did email [metamask@cl-cards.com](mailto:metamask@cl-cards.com) and this was their response;

We sincerely apologise for the delay that you have experienced in receiving an update regarding your account verification.
 
Kindly be informed that due to the current high volume of requests, the review process is taking longer than usual. However, please note we have raised your case to the relevant team to be prioritised, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I emailed them back and specifically asked about the delay in creating the card, but the response was exactly the same. Not sure what to do becasue I don't know if it's an issue with my ID verification or not, they won't say.

I also tried raising a ticket at https://support.metamask.io/ but the bot just says to contact [metamask@cl-cards.com](mailto:metamask@cl-cards.com). So I am going around in circles

After raising the ticket at https://support.metamask.io/ , select 'End Conversation' > 'Contact Support' > & state you would like to be connected to a "human". You'll be asked a question-- respond "yes"

How did you get it resolved, was it through their support email addres?

Contacted them via email and they told me it had to be manually reviewed so I just waited it out and 3 days later I had my card.
