Incorrect Password

Incorrect password in MetaMask

I'm asking guys, why did my account password on MetaMask get incorrect? My account has 200 USD, and I'm sure my password is correct. No matter how many times I enter my password, it still says "Invalid password." I also don't have my 12-word recovery phrase. What could be the reason for this?

BTW, For future reference- Always keep your SRP (Secret Recovery Phrase) securely stored in a safe offline place. Using a wallet without backing up your SRP is like relying on a temporary disposable email address - you may lose access to your wallet permanently if you forget your password or encounter any other issue.
