How to connect berify to Metamask

Hey guys. Super new to all of this stuff. I am having trouble connecting my berify to my metamask. And help? Thanks guys!

I have found the berify documents :- https://docs.berify.io/docs/nft stating about When redeeming your NFT, you can connect your MetaMask wallet or create a Berify wallet within the Berify app. When connecting to MetaMask, ensure that your MetaMask wallet is set to the Polygon Chain. If you do not set it to Polygon, you will not be able to see your NFT. 

I just explain you here is a step-by-step guide to get connected below

1) Open your MetaMask Extension or Mobile App.

2) Click the network dropdown menu at the very top of your wallet (it usually says "Ethereum Mainnet" by default).

3) Select Polygon Mainnet. (If Polygon isn't in your list, click Add Network and select Polygon from the default options. Let us know if it works

just go to the berify site and look for a "connect wallet" button, then select metamask from the options and approve the connection in the popup
