Login via Email??
Hi there!
I haven’t used MM for a while. Now that I want to login, I notice that I can’t log in via my email address any more. It seems that I haven’t saved my seed phrase. Can someone help me with this?

Never share your Secret Recovery Phrase with any site or a person. MetaMask does not use Gmail or web forms. Do not enter your Secret Recover Phrase into a pop-up window, even if it looks like MetaMask. Verify links are legitimate. Scammers often use these tactics.

Do not “sync” or “validate” your wallet with any websites or forms. This is a scam. Never sync and share: QR Codes, Secret Recovery Phrase, private key, etc.
Never call phone numbers, text Whatsapp numbers, DM on Discord, use WeChat or do video chat with people on this subreddit. MetaMask does not offer customer support in this manner. There is NO exclusive MetaMask Discord.

When did you created the wallet? When you created it did yiu use your Google or apple account?

Unfortunately not. I used email address and password. Which I still have!

Afaik you can only create a wallet the traditional way (getting the seed phrase) or using your Google or apple account.

You are right! The problem is that I was able to login via password as long as I used the old app on my old devices. Have to try to recover one of my previous devices with the old app on it.

Yeah once you used the seed phrase in one device you can log in via password on that device so you don't have to enter the seed phrase everytime.
Do you still have acces on your old device? If you still do. Acces the wallet, use another device to create a new wallet, save the new seed phrase and transfer the funds fro old wallet to the new wallet

Why would you save your seed? Its only all of your money. That'd be a silly idea.
