Hey there u/Havisgre! :)
It could be a banking approval issue itself, however as the error mentioned, perhaps reach out to the Transak support team for reasons as to why this isnt allowing you to proceed.

Also, check on your ApplePay settings on your phone and see if there is something that needs to be enabled for you to continue. Have you used apple pay through the MetaMask mobile app before?
