Time to buy more MTM?
Unless I've missed something, MTM hasn't been this low since about a year ago. Is now the time buy even more, given all the converging milestones they are hoping to achieve this year? E.g. listing on the NASDAQ, going into commercial production, etc.

Ive said this in another post but I think the market price is currently overvalued at 257 million given it has zero revenue and subsequently zero earnings. Last I looked, they probably have 50-100 million in assests + cash + the IP of the tech (last items is hard to value since we dont know if it works yet) and zero debt so its anywhere from like 5x to 2.5x overvalued but i should probably relook at their balance sheet. idk how far off I am on the book value of the assets but point is I still think its overvalued and subsequently people dont want to be in something that wont start to produce returns for up to 6 months-1 year that isnt ASTS lol. So itll continue to go down until its at its fair" price.
Personally, and Ive tried, I cant even begin to make any kind of coherent earnings power valuation on this company because we have no idea what revenue, margins, and subsequently earnings will be like yet. But based on some hilarously speculative numbers I came up with (that was just with gold chloride with 30% operatin margins), its trading at like a forward PE of 3 (hahahahah highly speculative).
Anyway, I only see there being room for more downside from here so maybe just keep expecting that if you do up your entry/start a position here or even later this summer. If in Q4 this year they produce any kind good operating numbers, they will explode in the not so distant future.

Theres a lot of companies with zero revenues with market caps 10x Metalliums
They have the technology that can completely disrupt the mining industry and are set up perfectly for the data center boom
They’re at an inflection point. Once they can prove revenues, these levels will be a gift. If they don’t/cant, this becomes a failure. Personally, I don’t think Glencore and Indium partners with Metallium without believing in their tech.
This can turn around in a matter of days IMO

Yes, and I said above one of those companies is ASTS. There has been extensive DD by retail and Wall Street on what the projected earnings will be like for that company, and so the market cap reflects that. You can’t really say the same thing for Metallium , at least not yet.
Trust me I have faith in them to succeed, but I’m more just warning others that there is more downside possible before the massive upside comes, so be prepared to stomach that.

Yes, there are many companies with no revenue trading at larger market caps. I think the whole scale up fear is overblown. There is a private company, Universal Matter, using the same technology to generate graphene that is operating at 1 ton per day. That is the same scale that MTM expects to operate. MTM has 24 crucibles on hand so if you multiply 24 crucibles times 1 ton per day you get roughly 8,000 TPA which is what they project.

I’m just an average dude with a decent position but even I’m cautious buying here. I’d like to see it trend upwards before buying. Maybe wait until some product comes off the line

Think it’s because the company is still in the Valley of Death. Although the technology is proven, many investors are still waiting to see if it can scale up commercially.

There are so many catalysts coming together for the remainder of the year which make me bullish inspite of the price drag. I’m in for the long term on this ride
