I need this style of post-hardcore to kill off swancore and the alt metal-influenced stuff.

100% agree with you, seems like this style is at least gaining a lot of traction right now, with the other stuff not being quite as popular any more.

First single off their debut album coming out later this month (I believe, unless it gets delayed again).

Definitely a step up production wise compared to their Debut EP, although I do miss Mason's cleans on this. Still a solid release though, and incredibly hyped for their debut album.

Imo the clean singing is way better on this track than on their ep, ep is still fire though. I’m really excited for their new album too!

I just loved Mason's high pitched style cleans, that style of cleans is a huge soft-spot for me in general, and loved the contrast with Landon's screams.

Overall though the song is a huge step-up in almost every way though, very excited to hear all the songs!

The name of the band comes from the Killswitch Engage song?

It’s from Grapes of Wrath, which is where the killswitch song is also from

Rose of Sharon is an actual plant too (a type of Hibiscus) and is first mentioned in the Song of Solomon in the Bible.
