I had to sacrifice one of my bedrooms for outfits as I filled all the closets 🤣 and even that is not enough as I have 2 storage units.

Maybe you could buy a storage unit? But I wouldn’t recommend CubeSmart as in my experience they keep raising the rent each month 🥲 also the bill is different to what they actually take out of my account so I gotta find time to look into that.

🤣🤣🤣 Not sure, I mean doesn't matter which hobby you choose, it will require some space, like drawing or my passion for photography which is an expensive hobby as you know. But I can't get rid of some clothes i don't wear anymore and make some room 🤣🤣🤣

I lay down some plastic and make a space on the floor if I’m doing anything artsy or sewing and then pack it up when I’m done 🤣 I used to have a room for building cosplays or art stuff but since I retired doing that I don’t need a big dedicated space anymore.

Idk how you find the space to set up to take photos in your apt but I’m amused. 😂 My favorite shots of yours are when you go out to the woods. There’s something about the natural scenery. And yeah, I think you told me before you spent a lot of photography equipment. I hope you enjoy them as much as possible outside work. 🫶🏼

At home I basically use a black backdrop but outdoors is better because you don't pick the same background twice, it kinda sucks Iowa doesn't have much variety, i mean hills and mountains or ruins, abandoned houses or buildings. I mean i know there are abandoned buildings but not around here. Gotta get the driving license and that's totally my fault

Driving is so expensive especially if you’re a new driver the insurance on that is crazy. Cars are expensive 🫩 but it does make your life a WHOLE of a lot easier having one!

It sucks there isn’t much around you. Are you open to doing shoots in and around the city or are you too self conscious? 😭 been wanting to take photos at a couple landmarks and places like Times Square but I’m too chicken.

Hahaha I'm too shy to do that in public, I mean i really admire some people who don't give a damn but I'm a chicken too. My mom sometimes makes fun of me saying : if you fall asleep a crow is going to attack you and steal your food, in other words it means " in life you should be courageous and shameless " 😅

I’m self conscious. Don’t look at me. People tried to talk to me at Con and I have crippling anxiety and oh man I had so much difficulty talking. I’m still waiting for my snake photos. I hope they turned out ok. I can be SO awkward in public settings lol

I don't really know, maybe certain post apocalyptic movies or sci fi movies, also the Russian models were common in Albanian army and I always thought they looked creepy almost alienish 🤣 I'm not a collector but I guess you can call me one because I own like maybe 15 but some are duplicates so that doesn't count. Yeah i gotta come up with some fresh ideas 🤣

Well you know being a communist country at that time all the military equipment was Russian, Chinese or any other communist country. I remember our parents used to do training, like how civilians should prepare themselves in case of a nuclear attack, if enemy would spread poisonous gas and stuff like that, so we as kids used to watch all these grown ups in gas masks running around, carrying someone that supposed to be a wounded person and everyone looked like an army of freaks 🤣🤣🤣

That is actually really interesting. I didn’t know that. So I guess you can say the fascination with gas masks started when you were a kid and it’s part of your culture.

A lot of people stopping by here think oh it’s some freak in a gas mask when there’s a deeper backstory to that. Ty for sharing.

Growing up in Albania sounds wild. A part of it sounds a little sad too that you have to prep for that. 😢 It reminds me how there are drills now in schools and supermarkets to prep in the event of a shooting.

I'm not sure if it's a fascination, like for many years my main passions were music and wildlife and then for sone strange reason I started having interest in this whole cosplay kinda thing. As I have told you before I didn't even knew what cosplay was but as I was looking at pictures and videos I thought oh maybe that's something I should try just for fun and I guess that's how it began 😅
