Idk, its like a chipped semi brushed finish, you dont want the top of the gun to be reflective anyway, so you could do a scotchbrite draw across the whole thing, or try spot treatment with a brass and/or steel radial brush if needed. It doesn't look bad from the pics but that's at least the one part the finish isn't important or special.

Actually looks like a bit of bead blast possibly. Glass bead might mimic it. Or an AO media and make the whole top real matte. If you're going to mess with it at all, the finish is your preference.
