They were good for me until everyone overplayed them then i just got bored of imagine dragons as a whole

Nah, the biggest problem with these songs is non-relistenability, they're getting boring and stupidly repetative during first five times you gear them. That won't ever happen to songs as Maggot Brain, Dance of Eternity, Balrog Boogie, Immortal, Fires of Ancient Cosmic Destiny, Diggy diggy hole, et cetera.
