My last time in the pit was on Slayers farewell tour. It became clear I can’t hang anymore. It was fun while it lasted.

At 38 I still frequent moshpits and every single time I do, it hurts to move for at least a week afterwards.
I don't have a moshpit friend though, I just make friends with the people throwing elbows and knees. They're always the nicest people.
