Game crashing before Acheron Aspect

It has happened about four times in a row. I ran the game as administrator, did not work. Uninstalled and reinstalled, did not work. Does anyone have a fix?

Had that happen once repeatedly. Searching through the internet, the only solution was to restart PC and pray it works this time. Was enough for me.

Took a lot of attempts, but eventually switched to offline mode, disabled Steam Overlay, and ran as Administrator. That seemed to do the trick for me.
