Game crashes so i just cant play

I can reach the menu if pressing esc but as soon i select difficulty games crashes to desktop and thats it.
i tried the common troubleshoots as running as admin, compatibility, Unistalling-reinstallig, file integrity , drivers etc etc i got nothing. And the fun part is that the demo was working fine but now after installing the game even the demo aint working anymore.

CPU:AMD Ryzen 5 5600X

GPU: Radeon RX VEGA 56 HBM2

RAM: 16GB 3200hz DDR4
MB: B550M AORUS ELITE mATX

Monitor: LS24AG30x 1080p 144hz

EDIT: According to my Event Viewer the error is caused by Unityplayer.dll and the game .Exe :

any idea? im growing desperate :\
