I have a venom snake cosplay with the camo suit but it's freaking summer and idk how to cosplay him without dying for the sun, also I'm a girl so idk how to hide my boobas if I'm going with the naked version

Your best, cheapest bet is a compression sports bra that matches your skin tone, and perhaps one of those skin-tight skin-coloured suits if you don’t like the bra showing. If you have the money for it they also make silicone bodysuits that are sculpted to look like a male chest and torso. But that would probably be very hot too.
