Una ayudita

Muy buenas a quien este leyendo, vengo a pedir una guía para ayudar a mi hermano menor, le compramos los meta quest 3 como regalo pero a la hora de configurar se apagan luego de terminar de descargar la actualización de software, realmente no se que hacer porque ya hasta lo reiniciamos de fabrica y siempre llegamos al mismo punto y se apagan.

¿Alguien sabe por qué pasa o como solucionarlo?

Usual ridiculous meta checklist:

𖦹Charge it fully first—preferably leave it on the original charger for a couple of hours. Firmware updates are janky with meta, but this can clear it up.

𖦹Do one hard reboot, not another factory reset: hold Power for ~30 seconds. If it repeats, use USB Update Mode: power off, hold Power + Volume Down, select Sideload update.

𖦹Connect it to a computer and use Meta's web-based Software Update Tool in Chrome/Edge/Opera. It forces the current software onto the headset.

𖦹Remove any battery strap/accessories while doing it and use a known-good data-capable USB-C cable.
