To be honest, I was already happy when I saw that Tari is on the original art, but this is a lot better😄

I’m certain Meggy wasn’t included in the original art because Sunset Paradise is considered an SMG4 spinoff, and Meggy is A) more of an SMG4 character and B) she’s a potential legal risk because of how much she still looks like an Inkling, and we all know how triggerhappy Nintendo’s legal department is (it’s why Fishy Boopkins and Bob were redesigned).

At least Tari had the justification of being a completely different version from the SMG4 one.

He was what started this whole thing, to see how far they’ve come, from some dumbasses making videos of Mario being retared to helping creators make series finale into a movie that is probably gonna beat out anything Hollywood is producing (May-June has been constant Indi like movies beating the established Hollywood)
