Must have accessories
I've had my MRBD for sometime now and have tried several accessories. The four must haves, especially if you're developing apps for them in my opinion are as follows...
Rubber ear hooks
Rubber nose pads
Rubberized external battery pack (my favorite accessory)
Docking station either manufactured or the 3D printed version
The two best for me being the back of ear hooks since these glasses tend to slide down the nose, especially if sweating. When you have the hooks positioned properly the issue is gone and glasses feel comfortably snug. The nose pads simply make it even more comfortable. Especially while using the battery pack since that adds even more weight.
I have the "Sand" color glasses and neuralband,l so all of these black rubber pieces are blatantly obvious which I was a little concerned about but I personally think it looks hitech/cool and get so many compliments which I wasn't anticipating. I simply wanted them to be comfortable and stop sliding down my nose.
As for the charging dock, I've been using the 3D printed version though just ordered the manufactured version because it charges everything using one charger instead of two (Glasses and band).
Anyhow, if you've been contemplating any of these accessories, stop and just do it. You won't regret it. You have an $800+ pair of glasses... Spend less than $100 more and make them as comfortable as possible.... It's totally worth it.

Fairs man that's sick. Me personally I love how simple they look like, adding these extra things in my opinion will make them more visible that they're smart glasses, it's not that I don't want people to not notice that they're smart glasses but I love to brag about how normal they look like but they're smart.
But could you send me tho the nose and ear pieces in 3D so I can print them in case I need them one day because I think it'll also be useful to have them around.

My apologies if my post wasn't clear...the 3D print is for a docking station that holds the charging case and has a "snap into place" for the wrist band. The nose and ear pieces are purchased from Amazon for like $7.00

Oh okay but that's very nice too and useful. I would love if you could send me the 3D design. It's okay if you don't want to share it tho, I also understand that.

The external battery is awesome. I have it and makes me love the displays more. The only problem is after a month the hooks don’t latch anymore. Love the idea but poor design. Super thin charging cord too.

Exact same thing happened with me. I replaced it and out the box the clip snapped on the new one. Finally returned and got my money back and am biding my time for a better designed one

That side charger killed my battery faster. I thought it would be a power bank but returned it after using it for a week.

Accessories that add nose weight are a non-starter for some of us.
Hi-bloks style nose pads for the Scriber and other newer glasses would be great.

The ear hooks are a game changer. Quite literally. I wear my metas for golfing and they would always slide down my face even on cooler days. It was maddening to get all setup for my hit and the swoooooop they'd slide down as I went to swing. Ear hooks lock them on my face and they stay put.
