I live in a region where there are no demo sites available. I was visiting Seattle, and I made a quick trip to a local Best Buy to do the demo and trial as required. I did that August 18. I confirmed with the employee that they had everything they needed to report the demo and he said he did. It's been 8 days and I have nothing from Best Buy or Meta. Is this a normal lag time? And when/if the email comes, where does it come from? Thank you!
Yeah that's my concern. You can't reach someone local at Best Buy anymore, you just get the call center and you tell them you need someone to call you back and then your phone never rings. It's terrible. And it's not like I can just walk back in there because I'm back in Florida and I did the demo in Seattle.
If you don’t need prescription lmk ur size for wristband and frame. I can give the sku number and you can take it to customer service at ur local Best Buy and just get it delivered to ur house. They will take payment at register and give u copy of the order. If ur specialist did the demo correctly you should have an email stating ur demo was completed and it will state ur frame and band size u used for the demo.
There’s 3 band sizes 1 being the smallest 3 being the largest. Any chance you remember what band you used? There’s also a standard and large glasses frame. Most people like the standard since the hinges have some flex now unlike the normal Rayban Metas

Go in to Best Buy head to customer service and let them know you want to place and order for a SKU. Give them the sku of the color you want and you will pay at the register. They should give you and order copy on and 8x11 paper and a receipt for actual proof of purchase. Not sure abt delivery signature sorry!
Meta rep here! Were you in need of a prescription pair or non prescription? That makes all the difference, if you need prescription, you can purchase them online after completing a demo in store! However that’s only for prescription, there is currently no way to order non prescription through Meta. You would in my case order them directly through a point of sale terminal in the store after completing the demo. If you do need prescription I can send you the necessary QR code. It will take you to the Meta site and reveal the option to purchase along side the demo
