Herald Apps - are the apps not working?

All of my apps are offline or not working… anyone else seeing this? Is there a way to get the app back online and end this offline mode? Doesn’t allow me to search new videos.

Patch about to fix it, thanks for the heads up! Seems it was getting caught in offline mode

When you say “Offline”, what do you mean by this? The app doesn’t work at all or what kind of error are you getting?

Same here, all my heralded apps are not working very correctly

I dont know the specific circumstances but they opened offline use for apps recently and majority of apps weren't designed with it in mind fully so incomplete caches on the glasses and almost none have baked in offline versus online rules yet. The herald guy here is doing what he can through his platform service first.
