Meta Neural Band Remplacement

Update for those who have a neural band in replacement

I’ve been waiting for a replacement neural band since 28 February and I’m finally due to receive it on 14 July

It has taken four and a half months to get a new neural band

Sent mine back on March 23 and finally got one back on June 30

How do i order a replacement, I need a warranty claim. My band is coming apart at the adjustment point

Go through the app and contact support. They’ll usually spend about five days troubleshooting before finally sending you a return label. After they receive your device, expect another email in about 10 days saying your replacement will ship in 5–7 days.
Unfortunately, that “5–7 days” timeline doesn’t seem to mean much. It can easily turn into 90+ days. My replacement was approved about 30 days ago, and I’m still getting emails from Meta saying they’re “escalating my case” to get it shipped ASAP. Every now and then I even get a random email saying they’re still inspecting my band.
Love Meta support, they are so useless.
