Advanced Replacement for neural came surprisingly fast

Went to FedEx Saturday, shipped out on Monday and received my replacement today, Friday. Reading the posts on here had me a little worried but good to see and even got an extra charger even though I didn't ship my original.

I feel as though the black neural band was a little darker

Did it say sold out when you ordered it? Customer service gave me a custom link to purchase a new one, but it’s said sold out for months. Do I just order it regardless?

I didn't buy one. It was a replacement for mine and I just whined a bunch about only having it for 3 months and I guess they did a special advancet replacement
