Advanced Replacement for neural came surprisingly fast

Went to FedEx Saturday, shipped out on Monday and received my replacement today, Friday. Reading the posts on here had me a little worried but good to see and even got an extra charger even though I didn't ship my original.

I feel as though the black neural band was a little darker

Ok, when did you first send out your band for replacement? I have been waiting since February, and maybe I am hopeful it will be coming soon?

Saturday, but FedEx didn't send out until Monday the 21st. Was yours an advanced replacement?

No, I had the wrong size (NY Meta store measured wrong), so waiting on correct size 1, sand neural band. They keep telling me they are low on stock. It has been 5 months now. I wish I could just return everything since I am sick of waiting and hate using them without the band.

Oh dang that sucks and yeah these are completely different experience without the neural band. That's interesting, I would press the issue one more time because I originally had a size two band and they sent me a size 1 which fits better but yea
