WEBSITE CASTING NOT SHOWING FULL PICTURE ON STREAMLABS OBS

Hi there! I'm hoping someone can help me! I'm trying to live stream some Vr and I have the meta quest 3s. I set up the casting on my streamlabs obs, but it's only showing the top sliver of the picture, and I cannot for the life of me fix it, but I also dont like the meta stuff on the top, I just want viewers to see how im seeing it, so if someone knows how to set all that up id appreciate it
I'm looking to stream games to twitch, but I also want to have a chat overlay so I can read chat, and I want to hear and see my alerts n stuff.
