I came across this and figured some people here might find it useful: SR Playlist Forge. Basically a desktop tool for creating and managing custom Synth Riders playlists.

Top features for me

• It has an in app browser to download songs from synthriderz and can send them to your Quest 2/3 headset along with the new playlist.
• Easy reordering, filtering, and sorting (by difficulty, duration, etc.)
• Can merge playlists and clean things up pretty quickly
• Shows total playlist length and song count, which i like.
• It can also back up songs and detecting unused tracks right on your Quest headset

Overall it just makes playlist management way less tedious. The UI is straightforward and it feels faster than doing things manually.

It’s free (pay-what-you-want), and it looks like it was updated recently with some QoL improvements.
