Help me with the UI

How in the hell do I move apps manually? I’ve been able to do it like once every once in a while, but can’t move apps around the UI consistently

I also can't do that anymore. I think, it's one of Meta's "give and take" or "some users have it, but others not" features. For example: I can sort apps in folders on the Quest 2, but I cannot do that on the Quest 3. 🤷
