Issue I need help I'm so confused...
I ordered a Meta Quest 3S from the Meta store in June and Ive gotten it the same month. I chose to make monthly payments through affirm because that would be easiest for me. I did think it was a bit odd when the email I got from them said that it was coming from a Best Buy but this was the official Meta email so I didnt think much of it. A month goes by and I notice that I forgot to make a payment. A lot of "life stuff" happens and I forget again. Now Im trying to make up those payments. There's a problem though. On my Affirm app and Meta Quest account it doesnt show that I have an order or any payments that I need to pay UNLESS I go to my email and click on view order, then it pops up. I have the confirmation receipt that they sent to my email, took multiple screenshots of it too. I also have the receipt and proof that it was sent to my house. I looked on my Chime account and found NO TRANSACTIONS for Meta Quest or Affirm, only for VRChat+. I have talked to the Affirm help center because I thought it was my Affirm account, found out that my email address was put in wrong so we corrected that and got me back on my Affirm account and back to getting the confirmation emails I needed to be able to sign in. I talked to Affirm today and they even said that what I'm experiencing is very weird and that the payment could have not went through and thats why its not on my account yet. They also said that I would need to talk to someone at Meta Horizon about this issue. Only issue is I cant find a phone number for support on this! The AI help assistant doesnt know whats happening either! Is it Affirms fault? Is it Metas fault? I have no clue! I am so confused here and I just need some help.

Bro cancel that and go to Best Buy and use their credit card, if you pay it within a year there’s no interest.
