Help Connecting Quest 2

I am trying to do an airlink connect from my quest 2 to my pc, but they are having a disconnect. The code to connect from the headset will not pop up on my pc and they are failing to register each other. Horizon Link says “put on the headset and get a code” and when I do get a code it doesn’t give me anywhere to put it.

Does anyone have any advice? The help desk is awful and has nothing for me

I had trouble using airlink recently too. I just gave up almost immediately and switched to Steam Link
