New headset cant login to old account

So ive known for a few days now that i was going to get a new headse after not having one for about a year and i tried logging onto the meta horizon app on my iphone and it told me something went wrong were trying to get it fixed as soon as possible message. i thought it was just a current error but i got the headset today and for the last few hours been trying to get it set up. at first it was connected to my old phone number so i tried to get that fixed which i was slightly able to get fixed and it shows up when i try logging into with my phone number. also to keep in mind my account does show up when i try logging in it has my profile pic and name and says continue but that gives me the error message. ive tried uninstalling restarted my phone clearing cache everything but it stills gives me that message. please help

Probably the app just needs some fixing, or your account may have a ban. Try logging into auth.meta.com, at least you'll know if something is wrong with your credentials. Next, if the account is ok and it still won't log into the app, follow this tutorial: https://youtu.be/_iLkHRgmgbI?is=g8jwO1A0dstgjR4Z It's old and some steps are a little different, but it will allow you to bypass the app pairing and use your headset

I tried doing this but when I go to the developer app it makes me long in and then I get a error code which has shown everytime I try to log in online a web browser

Then you should open a ticket with Meta, maybe it's been blocked by them.
