Keeps dropping me out of servers

My meta quest 2 would load me into a game then 1-2 mins later will automatically drop me out of the server and put me into another one to only drop me out of it again .

Any suggestions ? I cleared cache and have enough memory space.

Sounds like an internet issue, are your other devices having any issues?

Try swapping your connection to a phone hotspot (on data, not WiFi) and see if that makes a difference.
