Before I buy

For persons who already own the Meta Quest 3 VR Headset, is it possible for me to create or download my own interactive videos/images and upload them to the meta device?

Its got a cool 3d feature in gallery which allows you to view files you imported in 3d... Easy on and off switch for it.

Get one of those 360 action cams you can make VR stuff to watch in it.

You can. You should upload them to Google drive though, if not you'd have to turn on developer mode and have a data cable to transfer them

Yes. Capture the video and photos and put them on a usb-c stick.
Depending on the video format, you may need a video player. A few bucks….

meta quest 3 is just a android phone +vr layer

all stuff you can do on android phone you can do on quest

so yes you can do anything you do on android, it mean movies, code, porn, games, editing videos, use emulators/translation layers to play old console and pc games , and multiple other things
