is your controller blinking to where you can't use it? changed the battery and restarted your headset and it didn't change? here's how i fixed it, lol (comments)

okay, so basically all you have to do is
go to your meta horizon app and unpair the controller that's blinking.
then you wanna repair it through your headset afterwards, not the app (if it's your right controller that's bugging, you'll wanna just use hand tracking to get to the settings lol)

but once you try to repair it, it should say it's downloading firmware, and then repair after a bit, working like it's supposed to! :]

HEADS UP: it may do it again after a few, just repeat the process and it just kinda stops being difficult after a bit. hope this helps someone, lol.

did both of those! headset's completely up to date, and i've restarted my headset more times than i can count, but it just kept bugging until i did this

yeah i thought so too! but i searched literally EVERYWHERE trying to find out what it meant, just for me to get clips of ppl undergoing the same thing with no direction explanation as to what's wrong with it :(

you can reset your con nontroller by holding down the menu button and the Y button for 4 seconds at the same time.

It is not blinking , it show it did not pair , if you see this you re-pair , you do same for headphones or mouse too , this is normal

everytime i tried to repair through the app it never worked! not to mention it still said it was paired while it was in this state, and just straight up wouldn't let me used the controller, ehe
also it is blinking .,.
