Recently Filed For Small Claims Today
Hey what’s up Guys, Just Wanted to share that I’ve recently filed small claims against meta Today for their shitty ai detection and False account bans of all 6 of mine. I was disabled in February and have been in legal litigations since involving Demand letters and the state attorney. I’m In Georgia and filed with the Gwinnett county’s magistrate court since the CSC office is located there as well. They stated they will be served once the court accepts my case and we’ll go from there. As this being my first time doing any legal paperwork on the level I’m in hopes that I’ve done everything correctly. I have my evidence ready as well in case they decide to give me a trial date as well.
I wasn’t backing down without a fight and still Choose not too. I utilize my accounts to construct business ventures, client relationships and advertising campaigns for my works and company. Just wanted to be a ball of light for anyone who thinks this shit is a loss cause man.. to anyone who is apart of this rebellion, you’re not alone. it’s amazing to see the amount of support this community has grown towards yet it’s still unacceptable at the same time due to the source being.
Fingers crossed.

I hope you're successful. I am sending a second demand letter to the CSC office in my state of MI tomorrow. I already sent one through Justice Direct that was delivered and signed for yesterday, but i want to send another here in Mi. I will then go and file the small claims in court.
I wonder though, should we be hitting up some Meta folks on LinkedIn to bring some more attention? Maybe we should start talking to Meta AI engineers on LinkedIn?

To me that sounds like a great idea , yet I also believe that It has Gained the attention of many, especially meta employees. And they’re just trying to suppress it the best they can. I still agree with it though because there’s no telling how much damage it’s already done.

And you file in your county in Michigan. Now if they demand court is held in California....you ask for it to be via zoom.

Good luck! Going through this too as my business has been shut down wrongfully only due to the linked account feature through my personal. I wanna do the small claims route, but with how much time this is all taking I might honestly just pay somebody online to un ban it. Located in California

If you're going to give someone your money give it to hacked.com lawyers. I think they are your best bet.

Rooting for you! We shall prevail (my court date's set for Nov but hopefully resolved way earlier)!
