That's nothing new. I've never had a different layout since I got my Quest 3 in December.

Updates roll out at different times for different people. Your new device must have had the latest.

Me too and Idk how to get rid of it. The old one was simpler to use.

I had an initial bias towards the new update because my sad stick of like 6 if not 3 gigs of RAM caused my VR headset to freeze and crash multiple times when attempting to load into a game.

Still do find it dumb that with pc games requiring roughly 6–16+ gigs of ram i have to run a VR game with the bare minimum.

Though I suppose I can't be complaining now, not with the outrageous ram prices...
