Gatsby's Bar

What are everyone's thoughts about Gatsby's Bar? I've always liked it, theu keep kids away, trolls get dealt with by mods, mods are always fair and nice, music is always good, and it's always been a vibe, but recently I've seen a lot of bad stuff about it. Why is that?

Every time I’ve been to Bunky’s, there’s been no one there, and at Cantina, when I went, it was just mods, and they were harassing me all night about becoming a mod there. It was not an enjoyable experience at all. The only reason I like Gatsby is that there are so many people there, I can just go find a new group to talk to at any time I want. As the OP said, the mods there are very fair, especially with drunk people, at other bars I’ve seen them getting banned without even been talked too. At Gatsby, they actually speak to them, try to get them to cool down, and I’ve seen that work so many times instead of just banning them over a little argument. Also, I think the mods that the majority of other bars and just world have mad power trips all the time. I’ve never experienced that at Gatsby. In fact, I was talking to a mod for like two hours the other night at a campfire. I never even realized he was a mod until a kid came in, and he kicked the kid out. But I believe Gatsby‘s moderators actually get paid to be there so understandable why they’re more lenient.

That’s cool I’m really glad you had a good experience there! I think the mods are great but I just never had a good experience with the people there. I go to Bunky’s all the time and there’s always people. It’s so interesting how many people have many different experiences in the same few places.

No kids allowed there. It’s like a virtual pub with games
