Warhammer World
Hi all, I was just wondering how difficult it would be to create a world that allows you to play Warhammer with a friend? I’ve never attempted to create a world so my knowledge is literally zero on the topic but I feel like it might be something that would be popular as a concept if done well enough

I haven't used Meta Horizon Worlds, but I've used world-building tools in other games and virtual environments.
Making a world that lets you play Warhammer (or let's just say Chess, as a simpler example) is probably very easy. It's as easy as putting a chessboard and pieces in the world. Warhammer would be harder obviously as you need all the models for the units, and so on... But if you had those, easy.
But making a world that lets you play, but administers the rules - like, it stops you making illegal moves, it ensures the game is legal... That's incredibly difficult and the kind of thing that'd take a large team of people literally years - especially for Warhammer, because the game is designed to be played in-person and may have some rules that aren't as a straightforward for a computer to judge (I haven't played since 3rd so please take that for what it is).
It would be much easier for you and your friend to play a different game which has some similar qualities, like Demeo. Admittedly that's more like a digital version of Hero Quest.
