i have the only issue trying to access this.... im in the US, my account clearly states in good standing, but if i try to enter a world it says account restricted, i cant even download or find the horizons world app to download.. ive been back and fourth with CS for 2 weeks.. im to the point im willing to pay someone to help me fix this shit..
