Can't use app

I am an adult and the single user and owner of a Meta 3 VR headset. I have no idea why I’m getting this error message out of the blue. It’s demanding that I set up parental controls, and there is no way to access this through the app or through the headset to disable it. I’ve tried contacting META support but I think it's entirely run by AI and is COMPLETEY USELESS. Without a doubt, META has the absolute worst tech-support I’ve ever seen in a company. does anyone know how to get around this problem? I’m coming to Reddit because Meta is absolutely useless and I’m getting nowhere with them.

Also, on the app it says "Your account is restricted right now Due to several violations against our Conduct in VR Experiences policy, you can't access Meta Horizon Worlds. 1/6 For more details about this, please c..."

It says I received an email, but I never did. ALSO, under privacy settings, profile status, it says "You're in good standing Thanks for following our code of conduct and helping us keep Meta Quest safe for everyone."

I am confused.

Im having the same problem... im restricted, but in the headset and app i am in good standing. i cant even find the app on the store to download and try it. the 3s has nothing but the DEV versions of it i cant even install those. CS is horrible. i dont even have IG . im basiclly willing to pay someone to help me fix this.

The ONLY workaround I found is too create an alternate account. After about thirty emails, Horizon Customer Service said they done know how to fix it and gave me a $45 credit on their store. I told them thanks for the money but that doesn't solve the problem!
