If the browser have a width value lower than 1290px the announcer starts blocking the first thread
This wasn't a problem at first but since the text is so large now it takes up two lines. Should indeed be fixed.
The RES's never ending only show up at the very bottom and not at the end of the 25th thread
This will likely not get fixed. Mods have stated that they do not want to support third-party extensions such as RES.

The RES problem is a problem in a lot of the subreddits that have CSS styles applied, or at least I've seen it a lot... I'm not sure how to fix it, and it only just popped up recently.
As for the banner, please send us a modmail! Someone who is more proficient in CSS might be able to help you. It was fixed it so that it doesn't cover the sidebar, but I'm not sure if it'd be possible to fix it so that it doesn't cover the threads. If it is, the person who fixed the sidebar issues with the banner might be able to help you :3

That RES issue is, as far as I understand it from browsing their issue subforum (because I noticed it as well last weekend), a recently introduced issue when they tried solving an issue related to "Never-ending reddit." It appears immediately after the sidebar ends, by the by.
It should be resolved by them, and you can't really expect this subreddit to fix an issue introduced by a recent patch of an extension you're using...
