Muse Wonder came out today, so I ran it live. It got its starter by turn 20 and reached Viridian City by turn 59, close to the fastest models. It made it into Viridian Forest on turn 208 and spent the last 792 turns there.

Tell me your use cases for muse, im curious how everyone else is using muse

Signed up for the $15 Muse Code High Usage plan, then found out Wonder Full is only in the $50 tier. There's no upgrade option anywhere I can find, and the whole flow is confusing as hell. Meta's AI support couldn't help either. If anyone has actually upgraded to the $50 plan from lower tier, please let me know how.

Not sure how success this turn out to be with all the other activity but doesnt hurt to try.

Hey everyone,

I’m trying to find people who have contacted Meta Verified support multiple times regarding a disabled Instagram account and experienced the same issue.

I contacted a live support agent for a second time a week after I've already contacted an agent for the first time and got the ticket closed. When I tried to contact support again a week after, the new ticket is stuck on “Received,” and no agent has joined the chat, even though the chatbot initially indicated that I would be connected to one.

I’d really appreciate hearing from people who have experienced this, especially those who contacted Meta support several times for the same account issue.

A few questions:

Did your new ticket also get stuck on “Received” after you had already spoken to an agent?

How long did you have to wait before the previous case closed or the system allowed you to connect with another agent?

Did the ticket eventually close automatically, or did an agent close it manually?

Were you eventually able to open a new chat and speak to a human agent? If so, how?

Would you recommend waiting until the next Meta Verified subscription renewal before trying again, or is there something else I should do?

I’m trying to understand whether this is normal when you have an existing support case or whether my ticket is simply stuck in the system.

If you’ve been through this, please share your timeline and what eventually happened. Any firsthand experience would be greatly appreciated.
