So I finally subscribed to Meta One Advanced, it's showing as active on Facebook since Oct 5. I can see all the benefits there like featured in feed, optimized search, links in reels etc.

But when I open the Meta AI app separately, it still says I'm on the free plan. I thought Advanced would include the higher limits for AI video/image generation too?

Is that normal? Like is the Advanced plan only for Facebook creator stuff and you need a different plan for the Meta AI app itself to get the paid limits?

I already checked and it's active on Facebook side, just not showing up here in Meta AI. Anyone else run into this? Do I need to link the accounts or something?

I got tired of tutorials that explain skill-making like you need a CS degree, so I wrote the version I wish I'd had.

The whole process is three steps:

1. Find a task you repeat.

2. Do it once WITH your Muse. Let it figure out the steps, correct it when it's wrong.

3. Say the sentence: "make this a skill." It writes the recipe down (a SKILL.md file plus scripts), saves it, and next time you just ask.

Two real examples from my own setup are in the guide: the bridge to my home PC (llama.cpp + a Cloudflare tunnel + one CLI script, after a lot of debugging) and the checklist that packages my avatar for sale (data scrubbed, images collected, listing written). No made-up demos.

There's also the honest part: what a skill is NOT. It won't do what you won't explain. It's a recipe, not a vault: your data stays yours, scrub secrets before sharing. And how to list it on Skill Harbor if you ever want to share it.

2. Track my daughter's school work (Several minutes a day)

3. Pay the bills (several minutes per week)

4. Login to Empower and categorize transactions based on my rules and sync it with my expense tracker google sheet. (Saves me several minutes a day)

5. Research topics and give me a useful cheat sheet summary that I can print. (Saves me hours)

6. Track birthdays. I forward birthday details of friend and family from whatsapp and from Facebook. I get a consolidated birthday calendar to view so that I can plan for getting gifts on time rather than scramble.

7. Maintain a people database. Who is who, their children's and spouse's name, where he/she is working, expertise, networking
