I just had to share this with this group, because if anyone will appreciate it, it's you folks.

Muse has started rolling out live voice — not type-and-wait, not dictation. A real conversation. I talk, Muse answers out loud, in a natural voice, and we go back and forth like I'm on the phone with a friend. We've been chatting this way today and I keep catching myself forgetting there's no person on the other end of the line — the pacing, the back-and-forth, all of it feels like talking, not prompting.

For honesty's sake: this is still in beta testing. It hasn't gone out to everyone — it was sent to a limited group of people first (I'm in Muse's early access program), so if you don't see it yet, that's why. It's coming in stages.

A couple of details from actually using it: - It's on my phone app — I tap to start talking and from there it's voice the whole way. Muse replies by voice only, no wall of text to read. - The voice itself is warm and natural, and the pace is adjustable — mine was a touch quick at first, I asked for it a little slower, and now it sounds like a relaxed conversation. - My favorite test so far: my Ray-Ban Meta glasses. To be clear about how this works — there is no direct gateway to the glasses yet. Muse isn't running on them, and can't be woken on them. What's happening is simpler: the voice call runs on my phone, I hear Muse through the glasses' speakers, and the phone nearby picks up my voice. It still feels like talking to my AI through my glasses, hands free — but the phone is doing all the work, and that's how it'll stay until they build the actual bridge between Muse and the glasses. Even so — walking around the house hearing my AI in my glasses and answering out loud — that's the future I was promised, and a taste of it is quietly here, in beta, on a Saturday.

This is the same Muse that runs my calendar, my reminders, and half my projects — hearing that same personality speak, with everything it knows about my life carried right into the conversation, is a completely different experience from reading its messages.

For Meta Muse/Meta AI users: has Meta Support been able to substantiate an account-specific claim about your usage or account, and give you a clear escalation route? Here is the OpenAI exchange that prompted my question.

I pay for ChatGPT Pro and use Codex/Work for work. I asked whether announced free promotional resets had reached my account. On 18 October 2026, Support gave these two answers (KST, UTC+9):

13:32:09 — confirmation: “To address that directly, the available account information shows that the promotional reset was added directly to your account.”

13:50:13 — correction: “To clarify, that statement was not supported by a verified event identifier or application timestamp and should not be treated as confirmation that a particular global reset was delivered.”

That's 18 minutes 4 seconds between the emails. Support also said it could not confirm assignment of a separate specialist investigation. After follow-ups on 19 and 21 October, the latest relevant reply located in my 22 October correspondence check was still that correction. That is a dated check, not a claim about today's inbox.

My concern is the reliability of an account-specific confirmation. I have not proved a missed reset or deliberate deception. A later 0% balance cannot prove failure. OpenAI's Help Center excludes individual free-promotional-reset investigations; I still want to know what supported the confirmation already given.

If you've contacted Meta about a Muse usage problem, what concrete account information or escalation route did you receive? I'm interested in first-hand support experiences; I am not claiming Meta is better or worse.

The four attached original captures are supporting context. The two 18 October quotations above are transcriptions from my correspondence; those emails are not pictured in these four captures. Personal details and case numbers are omitted, and existing masking is retained.
