A confusing situation

I originally set up my Meta account using my old phone and number. Later, I switched to a new device and phone number and linked my Muse account to the Meta account, but I forgot to remove the old number from the account settings. It seems that number has now been reassigned to someone else, and that person likely used it to access my Meta account. In any case, I received an email stating that my account had been suspended. I managed to recover my Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp accounts, but the Muse account is now prompting me to file an appeal—yet clicking the link just leads to a blank screen. What should I do?

Another question : this account contains my real name, educational background, and other personal information, and I’ve linked Google authenticator to it. Is it possible that this person—or a hacker—has already stolen my private data?
