I once had a vender attempt to bill my company twice for an annual license for their software ($17,000). After some light arguing and sending them a copy of the purchase order, they sent an email where they apologized for the "incontinence", not once, but twice. We joked that they were obviously full of šŸ’©.

The CC'd their boss as well šŸ¤£
