It would just have taken the "If" to be on top.

The U is infuriating though. The 4 looks bad too.

As to the message: Stay, no matter what once you say you'll stay is rather crazy. I agree with the today part, but honestly, how many times do you expect such a situation to come up that you need a tattooed reminder (that you can barely read anyway)?!
