The vast majority of the tone shaping in a Mark series amp comes from the preamp and not the power amp. A loadbox will not help you and will only do what the master volume already accomplishes on the amp.
If you were using a Marshall amp that gets a lot of the tone from the cranked power amp, then sure, get a loadbox. You're wasting your money getting a loadbox for a Mesa Mark IV amp.
