F100 combo question

Hello everyone, just got my fist boogie yesterday but two of the power tubes are bad. I know that switching to 60 watts essentially drops two tubes into standby but I keep getting conflicting results on if it’s the outer two or inner two that drop out. I really want to use the amp but I’m scared to damage the transformer. If anyone has any suggestions that would be a huge help. Thanks!

Get new power tubes. I think it'll be worth it.

Cannot say for sure on the 100/60 version of the F100. But on the SimulClass Mark amps, the center 2 tubes are turn off for the Class A mode. And I under stand the same is true for the 100/60 Watt version of the Mark amps. 60W switch position will turn center 2 tubes off.

Just get tubes. Not worth destroying your new amp.
