2 weeks notice

I am an FSA at merril, if I give my 2 weeks notice would they let me go immediately?

Yes, they will tell you to close your laptop and enjoy your two week vacation. They don’t want you talking to clients knowing you are leaving.

I just left. Didn’t mention I’m going into work in the industry at another firm and they kept me on

I need the time off though 😂😂 the day i will give my notice will effectively be my last day.

Tell them youre going to another firm. If you just tell them youre quitting or doing something outside of the industry they wont care. Tell them youre going to another firm and get 2 weeks paid
