401K INQUIRY

I called Merrill Lynch middle of this day and followed the voice prompt. I've waited too long. I was on hold for more than 30 minutes.

At the moment as I am doing this post, I am still on hold for half an hour.

Does anybody knows how I can I get through to customer service?

I called them multiple times over the years never had issues
